  1. My husband, who has heart disease, and I are following your diet plan. We are also using MyFitnessPal to track our food. We want to use the macronutrients function and was wondering if you could tell us the recommended %’s for fats, carbs, and protein for women and men on your plan. I know it could vary by individual but what is the general guidelines. Thanks so much. Laura
