This 17 Day Challenge is designed to help keep you accountable and start you down the path to success as you work towards your weight loss goals, by completing specific tasks each day!


You’ll have a daily tracker (think of it as an accountability tool) with action items to complete each day (ex. eating 3 servings of vegetables.)


At the end of each week you’ll submit your tracker to be qualified to win the grand prize.


At the end of the challenge, participants will submit their Final Challenge Trackers along with their total weight/inches lost, a progress picture, and what they’ve learned/gained from the experience!

The grand prize winner will be chosen by our team of judges based on a number of criteria including weight loss, a number of daily tasks completed, and overall growth throughout the challenge.
