Both challenges are designed to help keep you accountable and start you down the path to success as you work towards your weight loss goals, by completing specific tasks each day!
For both Challenges, it works like this…
You’ll have a daily tracker (think of it as an accountability tool) with action items to complete each day (ex. eating 3 servings of vegetables.)
At the end of each week, you’ll submit your online tracker showing all the tasks you completed and letting me know how you’re feeling both mentally and physically. Plus, when you submit your tracker you’ll be eligible to win prizes – how fun!
At the end of each challenge, you’ll submit your Final Challenge Tracker along with your total weight/inches lost, a progress picture, and what you’ve learned/gained from the experience!
The grand prize winner will be chosen by my team of judges and is based on a number of criteria including weight loss, the number of daily tasks completed, and overall growth throughout the challenge.
